My car just didnt seem to shift right into reverse, so I took it in and it turns out there was no problem, but when they were giving me a free car wash the guy driving my car opened up the door into an on coming car. How am i supposed to trust them with my car now. They are fixing the door and gave me a free Altima loaner. The real kicker is when I talked to the service manager at the Nissan place i asked him if I could get some free oil changes or something for their stupidity and he responds by telling me that they are fixing my door for free and are giving me a rental car and what else should I expect. Not the right thing to say to someone after you damage their brand new car. When I go pick it up in about a week I am going to have to go talk to the highest person I can find.

damn, that is the most wicked dealership i heard, u better talk to people high in rank and tell them about the sh*tty treatment ur getting

I had a problem w/my Altima right after I got it. So I took it in, and delt w/1 service manager. Well, the same problem occurred over and over. (3 times actually) I finally told them to keep it until they could find the problem. I also told them to give me a rental until they fixed it.
"We don't give out rental cars" Blah blah blah. I went to that persons boss, and he said the same thing. So I went up until I got a rental car. So, the guy from the rental place picks me up and I ask him if they are busy. He says yeah, you are the 20th person today! It was only 9 am by the way. I said 20th person total?
He said "No, 20th person from that dealership"
I couldn't believe it!!! For a dealership who does not give out rentals, they sure do a lot of it!!
Well, I ended up w/an Expedition for 8 days on their dime! Made me want one, until I had to fill it up!!!!
Basically, don't stop bitching until you get what you want!!!
After that, I kept dealing w/the same service manager, and I always was satisfied with the service!
He is gone now, and I am again having problems w/the service dept. I'll chew some ass and get things going for me again though!!!

I cant wait to go in again because I plan to let someone have it for their stupidity and for the fact that it was a brand new car

Try going straight to the G.M to complaint about your situation, or there is usually someone even higher than the G.M and they are always in the dealerships (somewhere). They are usually stressed about their surveys too. I believe if they get a bad feed back, nissan dings them somehow. Try using those tactics, maybe it'll work!!??
