Hi!

Nowdays i can hear the sound of the central locking motor a rather long time before the doors really get locked.

I have a carguard larm, but it's no time difference compared with the regular door lock.

I have opened the cabletube in left front door, but couldn't see any vissible fault there.
Can u please help mee?
best regards

Hi!

I have done some more tests now.
If i lock the doors, and as fast as the doors is locked, then remooves the vacuum tube, and press the with my finger instead the vacuum pump still works in exactly 30 sec.

No time difference at all compared with time, stops me from thinking that it must be a pressure/vacum loss in tubes.

I can also see one component at the vacuum pcb, that also is connected to vacuum system. A small relay looking pice thah moves in different directions when locking/unlocking.

Even when helping it to get contack, the vacuum pump still is working exaktly 30sec.

Could it be PCB in vacuum pump that is broken?
Anyone thah thas shematich on the cables that also is connected to the pump? Maby there also is electric powe off function from the doors?

There seams to bee several different Vacuum pums at market.
My version is 1H0 962 258, (w/o any letter after the number). Is the letter after a revision or a complete different item?

Sorry for the long text, maby it could ne helpfull for others in future.
