Replacing stock speaker in 01 Celica pls help!!

Hey, I have a blown/cracked stock speaker in the driver's side door of my 2001 Celica. I was just wondering if anybody here knew how to replace the speaker and what I'd have to do to get to it. I was looking at the door panel, and it looks like I may have to remove it entirely to get to the speaker. If anyone could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the master sheets for the 2001 celica from crutchfield as I just replaced the factory head unit.

I don't remeber off the batt how the door panel comes off but I can tell you that the front speakers are riveted in place for the factory speakers so get the drill out!
