91 gl 16 valve does not turn over

Battery good just had starter rebuilt will turn over and start when i jump the two terminals.:shakehead

When you jump the starter to the battery? That's a battery cable problem. Pretty common on all older cars.

I'd check them before you go to things like the ignition switch.

i found the problem,previous owner had installed a toggle switch in wiring beside the fuse panel behind dash i flipped the switch and it fired right up. thanks anyway's.
