The guy tried to make things right by sending you one of the more EXPENSIVE rims in exchange, at no extra cost to you. Then when you didn't get the right wheel after that because of a manufacturer fuck up, you blame him for not overnighting you ANOTHER wheel? Seems kinda rediculous that you blame this on him, he's the one eating the loss for shipping and the screwed up rims. It was a series of unfortunate events, not his fault. I actually give him props for doing what he did, he could have just said too bad not my problem. Atleast he tried to make it right. :2cents:

I agree with everyone when saying that you were not exactly the nicest of customers either.

I don't agree with you guys. As a customer, you should expect to get what you order. If you don't, it's the fault of the salesperson. It doesn't matter that he is only the middleman because about 95% of stores are the middleman. By starting a business, the money he makes as profit is for being the linkage between the manufacturer and the customer. He is PAID to be the middleman.
I appreciated good service and I really appreciate someone who goes out of their way to help out. There is, however, no excuse for a salesperson to flip out at a customer EVER.
Good luck getting it resolved.

But the real person at fault is the manufacturer. The extra shipping costs should be paid by Motegi not the shop. It's the same relationship as the customer to the shop--The shop is Motegi's customer. And so like any customer, if the manufacturer sais "too bad" then the shop and others should not do buisiness with them. And like any customer, the shop should have rights. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to send you the wrong product and then say "too bad." You'd be suprised what rights you have that no one is telling you.

I dont agree with you flipping out on him. Have you lost any money? Paid to ship the wrong rims back? If not then you have no reason to flip out. The manufacturer made the mistake not the guy ordering the rims.

Mistakes happen every day. That's the only advice i can give because everyone else pretty much covered all that needed to be said.
