I have a question...
Does anyone know wether the Revell S600 and the Italeri S600 are identical? If not, what are the differences? I know the Revell S is not a good kit, but is Italeri even worse?
I want to purchase one and considering that the Italeri version is considerably cheaper on ebay I figured to buy it, provided it's the same deal. :screwy:
Thanks in advance
Seb

Not quite. The wheels are different, as are the decals (S600 for revell and S500 for italeri). Wheels in both kits are kinda crap, though, so it shouldn't matter.

Are the decals the same, too?

just so you know, there is no need to reply three times in succession.
if you have something to add, use the edit button.
good luck in your search anyway.
i've always been temped by the big MBs as well.
regarding the wheels, is it the usual revell twin hub thing or is it the italeri style wheels?
i had a hell of a time converting the revell wheels in my 612 into a tamiya style and really don't want to go through that again.

Both are, unfortunately, "twin hub", butI'd say that it wouldn't be that hard to modify for Fujimi/Aushima (female) wheels. Tamiya male ones could be challenging, though.
