2004 Focus SE - 102,000 KM!!

I'm looking into purchasing a used focus from someoen near by. The car itself is very nice, and a joy to drive.
They are asking $9600 for it (CND), which is way too much considering (it's loaded with everything but leather), and i'm thinking of offering $8200 for it tomorrow.
My main concern is the milage. In only 2 1/2 years it has 102,000 KM on it. What can I expect from a vehicle with this kind of milage? Is there anything I should have checked (other then the standard piece of mind check)? I know many of the belts were replaced at 100,000 kms, and the tires were replaced a few weeks ago. This car earned it's milage by an almost daily 300 KM commute. (Highway kms mainly).
What should I be looking for?
Any questions I should ask the owner?
A prompt response would be greatly appreciated, as I would like to make an offer tomorrow!
Thanks in advance!

I sold a 2001 w/ 90k miles and the guy has over 200k on it now with great luck. But each used car is unique. If you read these threads, you'll see all sorts of things can happen. Figure something is going to go wrong sometime but if you like it, go for it. Fun to drive & great gas mileage. If you can figure out the codes by holding in the tripometer button, it'll tell you alot of info too.
