I have a 89 with a 2.0 in it and noticed the overheating light and service engine soon light have been comming on after it warms up. I noticed the radiotor fan is not moving. I assume it should move in park and that is why its overheating. Every other vehical I have the fan moves in park. It has plenty of coolant in it as well. Is there an easy way to change the fan? How exactly does it work I cant find a belt anywhere.

The fan definitely comes on when the car is in park. If you run the engine to full operating temp, then put in park and look into engine compartment you will see and hear fan operate. Do the same test in neutral, if you doubt it comes on in park. If it does not, several problems could exist. You could diagnose with a test light. You know, is it getting power, ect. Replacement looks very easy. Buy a quality fan. But be careful you do not have a themostat, fuse, air bubble, ect problem.
