Transmission overfilled??

Got a question, had the transmission pan dropped and new filter/gasket yadayada put in, when they put it all back together, they put in 5 qts of fluid.
Now my question for wondering if it's overfilled is when the truck is parked on a slope and shut off for a minute or so, the gasket around the pan starts to weep. BUT, when I parked nose up, the back of the pan started to weep; front was dry.
Now that I've started parking nose down (on the same hill), the front of the gasket is weeping, and the back is now dry. I made sure ALL bolts were turned enough to be snug, and now, since I did that, the little "overdrive" pan in front of the big transmission pan is now weeping. This pan had been completely dry before.
My guess is they slightly overfilled the tranny, and when it's parked on a slope not running the gaskets are trying to rid of the excess??
It's not leaking at all - from what I can tell, when I'm driving. The whole undercarriage, as well as the bottom of the pans are completely dry - there is no fluid being carried in the wind.
I'm trying to decide if I should take it back in to my mechanic, as all work/parts are covered under a 6k mile warranty, but if this is just weeping from an overfill I don't know if a new gasket is needed.
FWIW - shifting wonderfully, no tranny issues.

Wanted to add, that I just went out and gave the overdrive pan a check on it's bolts, gave them all a little tug to make sure they were "snug". 2 turned just a "tad" bit - hopefully this helps.
Thoughts are welcome - and has anybody ever dropped the "overdrive" pan and put a new gasket on?

I'm thinking any leaking at all means it wasn't done right. I'm going to drop both pans next time I service the tranny.

Did they use cork gaskets? I've never had good luck with those. If it's just slight wetness, It could be just residual ATF that got squeezed past when the pan was buttoned up. If it continues to drip, you may need new gaskets. If you are concerned about being over full, pull the fill plug on a warm, idling, level truck & let some drain out. It shouldn't gush out on a proper level check. If it does, it's too full.
