Dash lights gone with new stereo?

My friend wanted me to install a stereo in his first gen eagle talon. Well, we didn't use a harness so we did a hack and cut job. Now his dash lights quit working and he said something about his different drive lights. It's an automatic so it has power drive and regualr drive. He said both lights stay on. Is it possible that we blew a fuse and that would cause them to mess up. We also crimped the ends of 4 wires that were left over.

Yeah it's a blown fuse. I don't quite remember where it was in my first gen, but I think it was near the hood release. I can't remember what it's called, but if it's the one I blew the dome lights shouldn't be working either.
