Broken bolt for fuel tank strap

When removing the fuel tank to replace fuel pump one of the fuel tank strap bolts broke. anyone have any ideas how to remove broken bolt. Thanks for any ideas.

i broke the bolt on my straps so i took and cut it free and used a bolt that i got at the auto store that came with a universal strap kit. it hold the tank up nice and tight
