69 mustang steering

I recently put a new motor in my 1969 mustang, same block just a stroker, and went to rebuild by steering as long as i had the motor out. I converted from power to manual with the adapter, and all was well, until i went to put the motor in. The oil pan is deeper than the old one, and now the centerlink hits on the oil pan and i had to disconnect it. Is there another type of centerlink somewhere that is bent to make clearance for the oil sump? This is the first ive heard of this one so any help would be appreciated.

in case anyone was wondering it turned out to be the rear sump in my oil pan that was in the way of the steering. Even though it says it will fit a 69, rear sump oil pans sit too low for the steering to clear.
