The good book says to take the control arm to a shop and have the BJs pressed out and in.

'95 Voyager: at 100K miles, I was able to press out using a 3 in 1 ball joint press. Luckily, the joint wasn't spot welded. I also needed a prybar to hold the control arm down and a pickle fork to separate the steering knuckle from the the control arm. You will need a good night sleep, a bowl of Wheaties, and two good arms and two good legs to get it done. A larger helper is a plus:grinyes: .
