Engine missing

I have a 2000 ford explorer with OHV V6. I had the problem once before and plugs and wires fixed it now one month later it has come back. Plugs and wires are good. I have had the fuel injection system flushed Still have a miss Each fuel injector was tested with a response from all 6. The engine light is on and blinks when motor is under pressure. The computer says that cylinder 4 has a miss fire. Which one is #4 front driver side
