ok one day i went to turn my car on and it wouldnt so i checked to see if i could hear the fuel pump and i couldnt so i pulled the injector rail off and turned it over to see if it got any fuel going to the injectors and their was none so i thought it was the fuel pump. two days later i replace the fuel pump and check to see if the pump would turn on and it wasnt. so i checked the fuses and the relay switch and the switch was fine cause i swaped it with the one in my buddys regal and mine worked in his car. so i pulled one by one the fuses in the box and found that the ecm bat fuse was blown so put a new one in and the pump turned on. so then after completely puting the car back together i did it again and the pump turned on then when i went to start the car it turned over then died so i went and checked the fuse and it was blown again. so i thought it might be somethin else that was runnin off that fuse that was makin it blow so i checked the fuel pump/oil pressure switch and seen that their was no oil on it or any other signs of it beeing bad so then i checked the relay switch for the #1 fan for the radiator and pulled that and tryed to start the cat and that seemed to work and the car ran fine well about 14 hours later while the relay switch is still out for that fan the fuse blew again. their isnt anything else that runns off that fuse and it kept blowin so i tryed a new fuse one more time and it blew and then i wanted to try again and i didnt have anymore 20 fuses left so i put a 30 in and it ran fine its been for days later and the car runns fine and i put the relay swithc back in for the #1 fan aswell and the car still runs good. DOES ANYONE KNO WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPEND TO MAKE IT DO THAT OR WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CAR?

It would be helpful if you could list the year, model, engine size and mileage on your Regal so others can weigh in to help.
