Help: Heat/AC Flow Problems!

The heat and air conditioning in my 97 Tahoe both work. The problem is that I get very little flow out of the vents. Certainly not enough to keep me cool in the summer.

The blower works fine and so does the vent door controller. Could there be a blockage somewhere? Is there an easy method of checking?

Any help is much appreciated!
