Hi
I have a 1997 Grand Caravan, Service Light has come on today. It has a 3.0L in it. Last couple of days she has sounded a little rough.
Any Ideas
Thanks

Search through the threads and find the procedure to read fault codes stored in the PCM. You can do it in your driveway or take it to Autozone who will download the codes with a scanner for free. Type "caravan fault codes" or similar in the search function at the top of the forum. I'm betting one of the O2 sensors has falled. Very common.

I just recently had the same type of trouble with a 99 Caravan. I had a garage put it on the scope and found out it was the #1 cylinder not firing code. Eventually I found out that the fuel ejectors were simply dirty. The mechanic flushed the ejectors, and its been o.k. since. Hope this helps.

You can get the codes and post them here and we can tell you what they say. With the key in the ignition turn the key on/off/on/off and then on and then count the flashes of the check engine light , ie one flash , a pause then 2 flashes is a code 12 .This is a normal code and doesn't mean much in chryslers , 55 means end of codes...
