INTAKE PROBLEM- Need Connections

Hey, i have an 03 SER and had a BOMZ short ram intake installed. The rubber connections that they provided to connect the pipe to the MAF sensor was really tight. Well had it on for about five months and it caused my MAF sensor to crack. cost sum serious cash. Does anyone know where i could get connections to hook the pipe to the MAF sensor, i have an adapter on it but it is still 3in in diameter and so is the pipe? ive checked ebay and online stores. THANKS
