Turbo swap

First, there's a 1988 LeBaron 2.5 Convertible that is for sale, and it's priced at $2,500- is that a good deal? It's in nearly perfect condition all around, and has only 101,000 miles. It looks like it's been garaged.
Second, how easy would it be to swap the (non-turbo) engine of a 1988 LeBaron with that of a 1989 Dodge Caravan turbo? The caravan has the standard Chrysler 2.5 Turbo.
