Does anyone have access to the OBDII codes?

If anyone has the access, can you please take a moment and post a list of all the codes and the description. That would be the most looked at topic in this forum... I would highly recommend something like that to be a sticky at the top of the forum...

OBDII codes are for the most part an internationalized standard. There are some that are vehicle or maker specific, but they rarely show up.

Here is a site (http://www.obdii.com/codes.html) that lists all the codes and as much of a description as you are going to find for a list like that. If you want a detailed description, buy a shop manual. Many codes are quite generic and only refer to a broad range of causes, too many to describe in a simple list.

I have a list HERE (http://www.my-chevy-venture.com/dtc-list.html) too. Looks pretty much the same as the one cdru pointed to, but is from our vans (GM U-Body).

Take Care,
