Refrigerant Leak?

There is a small drain tube(?) extending about an inch outside the right front portion of the firewall, in back of the engine compartment on passenger side. Very cold water keeps dripping out of it while my truck is parked in my driveway? Is this a refrigerant leak/drain? It has been a bit rainy here the last few days, but not big deal. What could this leak/drain be? Thanks for any help you have in your posts.

Sounds like it might be the drain line for the a/c.

Yes, thanks, that was the word when I called in to the Dodge dealer. Refrigerant will evaporate upon hitting air, so it isn't that. I was just running the blend defrost/lower air the past couple days and was really surprised the compressor kicked out this much condensation just doing this.
