Need a grill, can anyone help?

Im after a front grill similar to the nizmo one pictured, my UK P11 has two seperate grills, but i think the all-in-one makes the front end look better. Does anyone know where i can get a similar looking one from, as a UK supplier say it would probably cost £450!!!! thats $642USD just for the grill. What a rip-off!

Ouch, for that price you could custome make one. But, myself, I dont know where you could get that, sorry :(

I was thinking of seeing if i can get hold of a Skyline R34 front grill. That sticks out from the hood and would look nice blended into the bonnet. Any ideas where to get one from?

I have the Nismo grill :) the only one in the US I think....


Luke got it for me, cost was $350 (Nismo is very expensive, and then all the shipping etc added onto the price)

The box is small, maybe Luke could ship you one to the UK for a little more than I paid, still better than $645... it'd be more like $400.


Its pretty cool, the center is removable, comes with all hardware needed, very good instructions (lol, as if I can read Japanese) and an authentic Nismo certificate

took 2 months to get it...

Is that a bag of wires I see sitting there? What's that for?

Actually thats all the brackets and mounting hardware for the grill and center bar.

The "wire" looking things is actually a soft foam which you stick on the back edge of the grill. This keeps the grill from scratching up the hood. ;)

I was thinking about buying a new grill too. Now that i saw that
it costs at least $400.....I will be just thinking. That price is
rediculous. Unless you got money to throw away, that sh*t

Ive decided to get the Nizmo grill, even though it is expensive, but i think it will set the car off. I'm also getting the Stillen front spoiler and some deeper side skirts to go with it. Should look nice when its all done.

P11GT, I think that nismo grill will not fit your car.
It is design for the type of grill on the G20, with only one big hole that covers practically from light to light. Your hood have the 2 holes separated, so it can not fit unless you modified the hood and cut some of it, wich I don't recomend.

However, I think Luke got some nismo grill for a hood like yours, he had a thread on clasifieds some weeks ago, because he got them wrong. I don't know if he still has it.

Actually, the Nismo grill will fit any P11 hood (except the 144 series) it doesnt matter if its the 1 or 2 hole opening.


Nismo designed it so it can be mounted on either...


There is also a black sticker that comes with it that goes over that center part of your hood so you dont see the paint shining through the grill ;)

I was just thinking about getting a black 2002 sport grill to go on my silver car anything else isn't worth the money .

Nismo is a top of the line Nissan tuner in Japan, so obviously their products cost alot. This isnt any Erebuni type crap... stop bitching.

It's not even that...

I mean, hell I payed $3450 for the Impul kit, is it worth that much? NO! but it costs $1000 to get it sent here and pay for other charges.

In Japan the kit goes for $2500, is it worth that much?? Hell yes!! The quality of these products is superb and every line is 100% accurate and smooth. This is not Erebuni (or other) garbage which is offered over here. If its fine for a BMW, Lexus, Benz owners to pay over $2000 for a high quality kit, then its fine for me too, and if its a kit that is not offered here and would be extremely rare then yes I want it!


The way I see it is, I paid $2500 for the bodykit, just like someone in Japan would. On top of that I spent $1000 to have a unique car over here. You dont see an Impul kit everyday.. hell you never see it!! That to me is worth it. But hey these are my goals.


Main point is, if other people (along w/ myself) are willing to spend extra money to achieve certain goals/visions they have for thier car, then let them!! Dont sit here and discourage people and tell them its a waste of money, when to them its not.


But hey, these people who like to discourage others are the same people who look at designer clothes and tell you that its the same quality as a Sears sweater just with different tags... Hell, I guess Ferrari's are just $20,000 cars w/ $180,000 badges... definately a rip off!!!

some things just cost more...a k-mart t-shirt is A LOT cheaper than say an Armani shirt...some might think it's all the same but some prefers the style and the quality. just remember, in life, you ALWAYS get what you pay...erebuni kit is around $900 retail but the kit doesnt fit good, the lines arent lined up correctly and that's only for the front bumper! i dontk now about the side skirt but the rear little skirts dont even fit right.
i know the IMPUL kit is a lot of money in comparison but like b00gie said, it fits perfectly, lines are perfect, top notch quality and when you get it on the car...the uniqueness is priceless IMO. the same goes for the Nismo grill and all other pricey yet quality products. after all, please remember you drive an Infiniti...not a honda so get the good stuff!!!

the nismo grill is expensive but it is worth it like the impul kit.
