I use a 36 inch 1/2 in. drive breaker bar to break it...then some penetrating oil and a lota muscle. Impact wrench might work buta sometimes you need more muscle. (Unless you gotta 3/4 in. one.)

Are you talking about the balljoint at the frame bracket or the bolt where it connects to the axle? If it's the balljoint end try a ball joint seperator and a good sized ballpine hammer and beat the hell out of it as you will be replacing ball joints anyways. If it's the bolt that connects to the axle and there's room for the hammer to swing just use the ballpine hammer on it and replace the bolt which would be recommended anyway.

Its the bolt at the frame, like i said before the impact wrench wouldn't move the bolt at all, i guess i will soak it for a few days and see what happens:banghead:

If it is real tough, I take the jack handle off my hyrdraulic jack and use it over the breaker bar. Jack it up high and take the right front wheel off for access.
