Transfer case is maybe binding? case was hot as a mother f'er when i got home, the case felt like it was binding... Like it would jerk the car to a stop. BlackCrow was with me he witnessed it also. should i just put gear oil in it, not syncromesh? does that stuff overheat? And are the halfshafts from the 90 diff diameter than one from the 91? cuase i have a massive leak from the new seal i put in correctly... feedback welcome!

Ooooh. IIRC, 90 and 91+ t cases are different. One had 23 splines and the other had 22 I think... Also, I heard syncromesh is a no-no for t cases, just put in some gear oil.

I know there was a recall on some of the tcases due to locking up. I have a 90 tcase in my garage, i don't know how well it works cause it's from a parts car. If you want it $10 plus shipping so probably like $30 total.
