My wife's 2002 Corolla is making a clicking noies when she turns left. Could this be the CV Joint or a boot? Anyone have an idea how much it costs to repalce these?

Well, if it's only making the sound when she's turning, then it's a pretty safe assumption that it is indeed the CV joints. I don't know how much the Axels cost for the newer Rolla's, I've got a 91, and they run me around $80 a piece for the axels. Now, that was just for the parts, I did all the work myself. If you are mechanically inclined, and are doing the work yourself, good luck to ya. If not, and looking to let a mechanic do it, good luck there also. Also, you can jack the car up, and turn the wheels all the way, and look for yourself to see if there's a bunch of grease in there, or if the boot's split.

CV axles are fairly easy to replace, just make sure that you don't pull both at once (if you are replacing both), you could cause problems with your trans.
