Day 1 of Painting

today i preped the car for painting
sanded it all down and primed the spots where i took it all the way to bare metal

tomorrow or sunday i hope to paint it

the sanding realy didnt take that long what took long was tapeing the hole car and makeing shure i coverd what i didnt want to paint
i got a little more sanding to do but painting it shouldnt take that long but i wana shoot it with a few coats so i might do it over 2 days

cool, im thinking about prepping my car for paint. what grit did you use?

i used 400 and a DA sander i just took the clear off the car basicly so the new paint has some thing to stick to

damn...i'm gettin flash backs to me workin on my car from like a year or two ago ;) keep in goin daylight were countin on ya hehe.

My friends family just got the land with a garage for their paint shop so we will be painting our cars in a few months.
