Well I thought I'd start displaying some of my models in detail right now. This Skyline is from the ever impressive AutoArt. They have great detail to their models and if you ask me, are worth every cent that they charge. From carpeted interiors to detail suspension, Autoart really goes all out with their models. Now the pics.

May not look so, but the brakes really stand out. The pics do not do justice for this model.

Unfortunately, the trunk lid does not stay open by itself. So I had to improvise to keep it open and use a toothpick. However, you can notice the level of detail with the carpeted trunk.

No mistaking this for a Skyline!

Cloth bucket seat make this Skyline more than desirable.

I would hate to see this in my rear view mirror!!

The pic is not too great, but as you can see, the detail is exquisite!!
I've become very fond of AutoArt and their models. The express a level of detail that is worth their price. I am owning a few right now and quite frankly, see myself ordering more from them. Who knows, maybe they might be my first modding project.:D:D
I hope you enjoy the pics and commentary!

Shit DVS.....Why did you send me a PM to come here for :bloated: :bloated: ....i can see another new hobby coming up if you start posting cars looking this good.
PS.....If you visit NZ you could see how people drive on the right side of the road and use there left hand to change.
Great looking model though....detail is 10/10. It's just a shame the cost here in NZ is way over the top though

hello all. many of you may know me from the modelling forum, as i frequent that board often, but it seems this is the second AF forum that i'm going to have to frequent! i've been "collecting" on and off for a long time now, although my collection is comparitivley small to some of you on here. my collection as it stands hovers around 40-50, but only about 20 of these are considered good enough to be kept in a display case. the rest are crappy ertl's and such that i bought when i was a kid.
anywho, i have that skyline in blue, and all i have to say is it's absolutely stunning. as soon as i found out autoart released an R34, i made sure to find one as quick as i could, and i was sure as hell not disappointed. but then, i didn't expect to be disappointed. i mean, it's autoart for christ's sake! not a personal fan of the midnight purple (blue or white is my fave for an R34), but none-the-less, yours looks like an awesome example. mine came with a small chip in the paint on the windshield surround, but other then that, mine is all the same.
