If it isnt one problem after another
So I fix my starter issue and wouldnt you know it, something else has to come into the picture.
After installing a new starter today, I did what driving I needed to do.
It was a little warm today here in San Diego so I thought I would turn on the A/C
When I turn it on normally, it takes like 30 seconds to kick in some ice cold air.
Well this time I waited, and waited......and waited. All I could feel was semi-cool air from outside.I know it was because I turned my dial to just VENT and felt the same temp air coming out.
The last time I used my A/C was last Monday ( 23rd ) and it was all good.
It was cold and nothing seemed wrong.I turned it off and have not used it since today, when I noticed my problem.
Seeing as I didnt see an issue, is it ever normal to have an A/C work as it should, then the next use do nothing? Does this sould like all it needs is to be charged? Can a shop tell if it is a unit issue or if it just needs recharging?

Yes, a shop will be able to tell you what is wrong. When you turned on the A/C did you notice a change in idle? In other words did the A/C really turn on(power supply issue)? Old hoses do develop leaks, if this happened be prepared to fix the leak first.
