turn signal gone

Yup like its said my turn signal died. Its the one on the right side. Does anyone know how to get that peice of glass out so i can change the bulb?? Can i pop it out or do i have to go in under the hood??

Go from under the car.

simple raise the headlight and unplug it so it stays up and cut your lights off and you should be able to reach it like that if not remove the control arm from the headlight and you should be able to raise it high enough to replace the bulb
