94 Acclaim Lights Stuck On

I have a 94 acclaim and the lights are stuck on. The highbeam indicator on the dash is on along with the lights as long as the battery is connected. I pulled just about every fuse with the word lamp in it and they still dont turn off. Right now if I drive anywhere I am disconecting the battery. Someone please help.

The daytime running light module is shorted. A temporary fix is to unplug it. They are usually located between the front bumper and inner fender on the drivers side of the vehicle. I had the identical problem so I am 100% sure that this is the culprit.
