1994 Ranger - Broken Plug Wires

Recently I Replaced My Plugs, In The Process I Broke Two Plug Wires On The Ends. I Pulled The Broken End Off The Plugs And Repaired The End Of The Wires. A Few Weeks Later My Truck Died And I Have Been Unable To Start It.
