Bulbs for JDM Type-R headlights

I've got JDM Type-R headlights with black rim for my 00 Civic, and just wondering what bulbs I should get. I know I need bulbs for the headlight and turn signals, but dont know which ones. Can I buy some like at Kragen or Auto ZOne. What do u suggest? Thanks
