different kind of speakers

hi, i was wondering what will sound better and have more bass 2 way 3 way or 4 way speakers. i already know that compenent speakers and the better choice but for double almost triple the price i have to choice but to go coaxial.

Doesn't matter, anything over 2-way is just a marketing gimmick when you're talking about coaxials

There's not enough room to have proper drivers or a proper crossover in that small of a space, just throwing more and more speakers into it can actually make it sound worse, but of course people naturally think that the more speakers there are the better it will sound, which is the only reason those stupid 3-way, 4-way, etc. sets of speakers actually exist.

2 way, 3 way and 4 way 6X9's all have the same woofer size ... they just have differing #'s of tweeters.
