disable the 15 mph auto locks on my 99 dodge stratus HOW???

When I get up to 15 mph or so My locks auto lock on my doors how do I disable the stupid things they are driving me mad please help....

1. close all doors
2. turn the ignition key to the off position and keep it there for at least 20 seconds.
3. switch the ignition key from the off to the run position 4 times without starting the engine.
4. lock the doors using the power door lock switch.
repeat steps 1 through 4 to turn the feature on or off.
its on page 14 in your owners manual.
