crazy toyota hi-ace van!!!!!!!!!

hi! i started because i had nothing to do. its a toyota hi ace with a really crazy bodykit.

what i realy like about this car is the suspension. it uses real springs! and i can also adjust the ride height!:grinyes:

If you can get hold of some fliptone paint, it will be brilliant on all those different angles on the body!!

I would paint it flat black and perhaps make it like a crazya*s Batmobile! :D

Crazy car! Will look awesome.
I know that AlcladII has flip paints, like maple gold to green, sapphire blue to purple and scarabeus greet to blue, very easy and clean to work with.
I cannot recommend this really because it´s a little bit tricky, but some nailpolish paint can turn out as flip paint, too. If you paint some bright blue nailpolish on black you maybe have green to blue, too.

guys. i kinda ran into a little problem. i realised that some of the bits hav gaps so i want 2 use putty to fill in the gaps, only problem is i neva used it b4! :uhoh: can u guys suggest wat putty is good for filling in gaps that are not small? i really need help! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!! and also for the color i was thinking eitheir

candy red exterior, candy red and a bit of blak interior
OR
orange exterior, orange n a bit of blak interior

Well, for the gaps, you might want to try using styrene strips. Putty only if extremely necessary. I use Milliput. Its a 2 part epoxy putty, dries hard as a rock in two and a half to three hours. Good luck with that!

As for paint, personally, candies are a pain in the butt to spray and get right. Your going to need a lot of mist coats and too pay a lot more attention to the finish as to..if you were to spray just a gloss coat or a pearl or metallic. I personally would go with a crazy orange pearl exterior. The pearl reflecting off of all of those lines in the sunlight will look killer! Good luck with the rest of your build. Hope I was of some good assistance.

really? i didnt know. i neva used candy before... anyway if thats the case then i mite go with a metalic or pearl orange and i was also thinking of painting the spokes of the rims blak. and paint the interior blak and orange. ill c if i can put some pictures of wat it mite look like. thanks 4 the help!:bigthumb:

I´m always using Testor´s primer, I think the base paint will "glued" on the body with primer and will hopefully stay when you use some masking tape for window trimm as example. :sunglasse I think white primer?

these modified wagon that you are currently making was a boom of early 90's. owners used to put the monitors, sofas, chandelier, beds, mirrors, etc into their wagon cars. it was a really, really big boom. and they also put the airbrush paints on the back door.
well, how about put the pictures on your monitor? such as scenery, someone you like, etc....

thanks for the reply!!!!!!!!!! i will get white primer soon and work on the body. yes these were popular in the 90'2. alot of them also have pictures and graphics airbrushed on them. i was thinking of doing something special to the outside but i dont know what. so far all im going to do is spray it orange . any ideas? if there is a decal or graphics or something i could put on let me know. ok c ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
