Highbeam Issues

I have a 1991 Regal GS and the highbeams don't stay on when I pull the switch to put them on. They will only stay on as long as the switch is pulled. Anybody have this problem before? Could it be the contacts, or will I likely have to take off the steering wheel and replace the switch on the inside?
