Full Size Spare

Hey guys, I'm new here. Well kinda. I've read here for a long time, but I finally registered the other day. I'll make my signature all cool like yours. But for now I'm looking for a fullsize spare. Without having tire sizes off the top of my head, I drive a '00 Silverado Z-71 5.3. Any recommendations? Dealerships? Tire stores?

And if I upgrade my tires to larger tires later will I have to upgrade my spare? Will it fit underneath my bed? Or can I get by with the factory sized spare.

Any recommendations can help and I look forward to posting more and learning so much more.
