Power window motors 2002 Sunfire

I am looking to instructions on how the easiest way to take these damn rivets out and replace the motor. Also was wanting to know if anything else inside the door needs removed also? All advice would be appreciated.

you need 1/4" rivets or some use bolts to replace them with. Instructions are in the Haynes manual, go and get one, it's a life saver, believe me. I know, it's not a tech manual, but, it gives you enough to figure it out MOST of the time LOL
