Problem is back

Last week in the torrential rain in NE Pa, I took my truck out and had the same old P0300 (random/multiple misfire) code thrown. The truck was pretty bad, but then after a minute of putting the pedal to the metal, the misfire passed and I was back to full power. I have also had my low coolant light come on lately, but not all the time. I'm hoping it's not a head gasket. I had my plugs/wires changed 5 months ago, but I used the Bosch Platimun +4 plugs. I later read on here that they are not so good. I guess I should examine the plugs and see if they are fouled. But the low coolant worries me more. I have had a head gasket go before, but this is not showing any symptoms. I'll check the oil too, to see if it's contaminated.
Any other suggestions ? Thanks.

What year and engine and mileage?
After you take a look at them just kiss them good by and.:grinyes:
Pitch the bosch plugs in the trash can and replace them with the OEM AC-Delco plugs the god book calls for.
And have a look at the fuel filter to.
Is it low actually on coolant or just the light comoing on?

Seems not to be low on coolant. And I guess I'll go get the Delco plugs tomorrow...

That is a good start. Is the low coolant senser in the overflow tank or rad on it.
Post back if the plugs does not take care of it.
