I had to hit the drudge report ( a great place for "unfiltered" news) to get an article on Gas companies first quarter 06 profits.

I'm hoping everyone will pass this on with any other related info. If anyone has links, I'm searching for more info on the speculation I've heard that gas supplies are at a 9-year high? Also, can someone explain how an oil company CEO deserves a $1 billion dollar severance package, why another oil CEO earns $142,000 A DAY, A DAY, $142,000 DOLLARS A F*CKING DAY. And the one that almost caused an instant anurism, why any fedral money (our tax dollars) is being used to subsidize ANYTHING these greedy pricks are even remotely involved with. I'm seriously considering moving to Belize or maybe Brazil. Did you now Brazil buys NO foreign oil? Some explain how a third world country, with third world resources can accomplish that?

My opinion, we feel superior because we have a kick ass military, and we can kick anyones ass in battle. And, the politicains (law makers, CEO, congressman, senators, etc.) use that spirit of patriotism to take our minds off how bad they are screwing us for every dime they can.
