A while ago, the discussion was brought up about that we should get AC Delco platinums. I have Bosche platinum 2's in mine. If I switch to The other ones, what differences will it make?

This has been discussed almost to death in the forum. Try running a search on Delco Plats and you will find A LOT of info about it.
Basically, the design of the Bosch plugs - or autolite, champion, etc... - is not conducive to good engine performance. The only plugs that seem to have the correct teperature range for our trucks are the AC Delco Plats.
Again, I can not state it enough, make use of the search feature in teh forums. It saves a lot of time for you, as this has been discussed Ad Infinitum.
