'01 engine swap...no start.

I've just swapped the 2.7 out for another one and now it's not starting. All connections are hooked up properly, ground straps in their original position. Oil pressure while cranking. Crank and cam sensors test good and are sending a signal, I have fuel, hot spark and average 140 lbs. of compression per cylinder. I've ran out of ideas, any suggestions?
