Dead Car

I just bought aurora97 couple days ago from friend of mine, for all of suddent the car dead on me. Started today when I part my car on my drive away, I lock it use my remote control, it seem was working find except today when I tried to use the car. The remote control won't work, and starter key didn't work to open the car. I just wondering if there is problem with my battery or it just the remote control need to be reset, but I don't know how. I'm new for this car as far as mechanical troubleshoot. Help please!!!!

Try using that thingy-ma-jigger...you know, the key, to open the door. If you can then start the car and no electrical probs are apparent, it'd be my guess that the remote needs a new battery. If you don't get any response starting the car, it could likely be the battery. Beware, batteries for this car are expensive..looking at over $100!!

Another thing the key that starts the car doesnt work for tha door two different keys. if u dont have tha other key change battery in remote then write back if that dont work.
