I bought a 2g SS Aeromotive install kit, SS -6an filter-to-rail kit (not shown on website), Marshall liquid fuel pressure gauge & Injen fuse box cover

Now, I'll be able to install my walbro 255hp fuel pump. Not that I really need it. After getting my A/F around 11:1, I'm at 86% duty cycle on my 14b on the rewired 2g pump. I never expected Dsmlink to be as complictated as it is. I feel a little bad for the New guys with hacked Maf's

Nice. It seems like you are setting up for something big. You've got to be thinking bigger turbo at this point since you are hitting the roof of the 14b and are still purchasing big-dawg fuel components :). What are your plans?

I would assume it's at least a 50 trim since the 190 can flow enough for any 16g and he wouldn't need all those extra fuel mods

I got plans. I havn't decited on the Turbo. When I do, I'll get my injectors. This week my n/a 1g head and intake are going into the Head shop for a bath, resurface, RA-30 finish (cometic head gasket) and 5 angle seat job. Becasue I don't know what I'm going to be running I havn't decited on the valve train. so for now I'm just going to run a stock 1g head/2g block. That should be in end of next month.
I'm also going in with a friend of mine on some powder coating next month. I'm getting the 1g intake, 2g fuel rail, cruse control mount bracket, Alternator bracket, Drivers side engine mount assembly, J-pipe Powerd to the Almost Chrome color for. I think it will look good along with what i've done so far.

Im thinking FP 3052. A friend of mine has some relationship with somone over at Forced Performance. He keeps telling me he can get any turbo they make for $899. So I might just have to call bullshit on him and see if he just running his mouth or can actually do it.

Screw the 3052... If you can get a deal or not, go for the 3065. You'll get a lot better power and your spool time will only be a couple hundred RPMs slower. Why limit yourself to save $100?

You can do as many as you can fit in the valve seat. I have gotten 6 to work but thats the most I've tried. It takes a lot of time, patience and work.
The valve and seat grinder I have work good for doing multiple angle seats. Just have to make sure to get the exact same angle on the valve and seat in order for it to work, thats the hard part. Took me almost 4hrs to complete 1 valve seat and valve with 6 angles. But thats also cause I had never done that many angles before. I can do a 3 angle setup in that time on a whole head.

Agian, I'm not thinking about the turbo at this point. To be honist, I'm probably not even going to do the 5 angle, the guy said its the same price, thats the only reason I've considerd it.
Your right about the 3065. The problem is, their are just to many turbos out there, and I'm not sure if im going to turn this into a track car and buy an new car, or keep this a street/track car. I'm pretty damn intrested in these 3000 vr4's.

How are you doing on your project anyway? Havn't seen you on the Dsmlink forums much. of corse I'm been pulling my hair out trying to figure out my setup. As basic as it is, my shit is being difficult... I guess that just comes with learning somthing new.

Yeah my set-up isn't complicated at all, and it can frustrate me. I hope I have mine running next weekend. By the way I updated my mod-list. Click the link in my sig.;)

Well if that deal is only for the 3052 then I'd do that. Very streetable turbo and makes great power. A buddy of mine is in the 10s with it and gets full spool under 4400rpms. Just giving my opinion if you can get any turbo for that price, its the best turbo for that price out there right now.

Your opinion is wanted. Don't get me wrong, I'm just saying about any turbo at this point that won't out run a 255hp is in the mix. I doubt I'll even get a new turbo this year! I have about $1000 right now, And I plan on spending it on a new TEIN SS Coilover setup & Wideband 02. Personaly, I'm don't feel I know enough about Dsmlink to feel comfortable putting a 50+ lb/min turbo on my 7bolt..

Thats very understandable... But remember, the support for DSMLink is one of the best things about it, so if you have questions, there will always be answers!
