my ebc for a 2600?

I found someone that wanted to trade me an act 2600 with street disk and a 1g bov for an my hks ebc. I need a new clutch and he said its only been used in 3 races. Do you guys think its a good deal? I only paid $150 for the ebc used from a buddy.

It depends, how well do you know this guy that wants to trade? Why is he getting rid of it? Seems a little sketchy to me, I don't mind running used parts, but a used clutch is a little different situation, who knows how it's been treated. Especially if he straight out told you it was used in (at least) 3 races.

its a hard choice because I love my ebc and being able to change boost levels on the fly but then again awd burn outs sound good to :wink:

Thats true, I've never been one to condone used clutched, but the deal is tempting because mine slips

If I was you I'd bite the bullet (or consider it possibly saving your ass) and just get a new one yourself, used clutches are something I don't mess around with, there's too much for the person to have fucked up, especially if he's selling it after it's been raced.
