well my 91 runner has 210,000 on the original motor (3.0 vze)..i know i know its sounds kinda low ..but my main bearing is starting go...gotta run 40 wt oil in it now to keep oil pressure up...sooo i am wondering how hard it would be to swap it and put in a remanufactured 3.4....rebuild seems like a possiblity... any advice would be great Thanks Jason

I'd go with a 3.4 swap if at all possible.
Somone (ORS maybe) has everything you need for the conversion.
