No Spark on 1 & 4 - Coil is OK - Now???

I replaced the Harmonic balancer pulley on my 1988 3800 V6 with DIS and now the engine runs on 4 cylinders.
I swapped the Coil pack, the controller below it and plug wires with known good parts from my other car and they are all good, yet it still won't fire a spark on the front coil set.
Any other ideas I can test?
Is it possible the new balancer pulley has wrong sensor mag shields? Any way to check the wires going into the Coil controller to determine a problem in wiring or sensors?

Check for continuity form the sensor to the icm connector also the sensor ring on the balancer vs your old one.
