prom date

my girlfriend is still in high school and i was supposed to go to prom with her, we broke up for some time and she found a prom date. now we have got back together and i didn't want to go to prom with her anyways, what's your opinions on your girlfriend going to prom with someone else (who she isn't dating)?

Hmmm, I'm going to prom with a Norweigan skydiver guy from my job...and I barely know him. Should be fun...

Anyway, the guy that I want to be with can't be here and I don't think he minds. Seeing as how it's sort of impossible for us to be together right now, I wouldn't mind if he had a prom and took another girl. I trust him.

How well does she know the guy? And are they close even though they're not dating? It depends on a lot of things, I guess.

Personally i wouldn't like it but from her standpoint it is a important time for her. She doesn't want to go alone. In a way i would understand but I wouldn't be happy hence I would wind up going with her to make her happy and so she didn't go with anyone else

In Nicoles situation I wouldn't mind since they can't help it.

Yup. I'm not really into school, so prom really isn't a huge deal for me. I sort of decided to go because he had said that he had no idea what it was and he'd never been to an American prom and the only way he could go was if someone that went to the school bought tickets and went, so I'm sort of going so that he can have the experience.

If you trust her, you will let her go. If she loves you, nothing will happen, simple as that. I'ave had friends that went to prom with people that they had promised they would go with even while they were dating someone and things were usually fine.

I don't see a problem, as long as she's home in time enough to have breakfast ready.

As long as you can hit the after party(ies) with her, you should be fine. It's when the drinking starts that you should worry.

Speaking of, my high school's prom is tonight. If I'm bored enough I'll go down to a certain area around 1-2 am and do some spot lighting. I did it last year and laughed my ass off when people thought I was the cops.

I don't really care about prom, I wasn't going to go at all and then I was joking about a date and someone found Mikjel for me and then he got excited because they don't have proms in Norway so I can't let him down. That's really the only reason I'm going anymore. I hate high school.

Whaatt? We have to wear white at our graduation, I'm wearing a short, white cotton halter dress...very Florida-ish.

it's for under my gown and then later at my party. bright purple gown cuz our school colors are purple and white..yeah they're hot. lol
