i have an 02 vw gti 1.8t it is bone stock with the exception of intake and a bov though i am planning to do alot more i was thinking about buying my buddy apexi boost controller and putting it in their now. Do anyone out there know if it would really do any harm to use this with so little done if not what is the safe max boost that i could take my stock engine to without harming anything?

boost controller should only be installed after turbo and ecm and fuel upgrades.

boost controller only upps boost, not fuel or timing like a chip does
