Dyno footage Sunday night

Sunday is DynoDay.
I am going to get the car on the dyno.
Not dyno tuned yet.
Depending on the A/F...I may not get the motor spinning over 5500 RPM's. I won't know how high I am going to spin it until that when I am on the dyno.

Anyone want to make some guesses?

Chassis dyno. DynoJet dyno.
Remember...car hasn't been fully tuned yet.
This dyno corrects for altitude. So guess if I was at sea level.

good to hear that.. l say you will put down on sunday 470rwhp! after a good tune and push hard till 6k RPM you will put down 510rwhp:D l guess your car would stil make power at 6k RPM even 6.5k RPM.

Actually...once tuned, it should continue gaining HP until about 6600 RPM's.
Torque will have faded off some by then...but the HP will pull it up there.

I am really wondering what it will put down. Either way...footage coming. :grinyes:

MAYBE I could get that kinda number once I am tuned. But even then I doubt it.

A friend of mine. I was supposed to be tuned for this DynoDay...but I won't be. Just gonna keep a close eye on it.

Dyno tune should be sometime next week. Not sure of the exact date...but it is looking like the 2nd.

My guess....435 RWHP and 470 ft/pounds. There is a base tune for the mods on the car...but it still needs plenty of work. Pulls nicely though.
I don't think I will be seeing 6600 RPM's on the dyno Sunday either, which is why I am thinking the lower HP numbers.

I wouldn't dyno...but I set this day up. There are guys coming to see mine dyno. :lol:

Well considering you don't have a tune it won't dyno as high as it should. Most people are just retarded when it comes to naturally aspirated cars, and think only forced induced cars can benefit greatly from a tune. I can over 20whp on a tune w/ my car.

Anyways, considering your heads, the stroker, and your stock gearing (I don't recall you putting in gears), i'd say you pump out 450whp/432rwtq. With a tune i'd say that 490rwhp is possible. Mind you I don't know if you have done any tinkering with HP Tuners, or whatever, on it yet. If you did do some tinkering you might see 465rwhp. Getting the right map is gonna be a bitch.

If you don't see over 450rwhp off of a tune, drop the car off a cliff. My buddy is running around 440rwhp with a 224 aggressor cam, full bolt ons, speed density tuning, and LS6 heads.
